You Think With A "Economic Boom", There Would Be Less Homelessness...

...And according to CTV, you would be wrong. It looks like Vancouver's homeless population is going to triple by 2010. That's going to look good to the world when Vancouver has the Olympics in 2010. I guess this is a another resounding success by the BC "Liberals".

The homeless population in Alberta has definitely gone up in these boomtimes. Here in Edmonton, there are plenty of people who have low-paying, full-time jobs, but who can't afford a place to live because all the low-income housing is already overflowing. It's appalling.
